JOB SUMMARY
Leads the Operations Technology integration team, oversees configuration, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades for functional/business areas. Analyses user requirements to determind system configuration and customization. Applies in-depth knowledge of off-the-shelf applications to efficiently customize modules that maintain full compatability with vendor guidelines. Provides ongoing system support. Leads the effort to define requirements and select software vendors. Manages budgets, vendor relationships, and maintenance contracts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- One (1) or more years supervisory/management experience (Required)
- Four (4) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
- No Licensure or Certification Required.

May need to help move equipment and work in small office spaces , Occasional work outdoors for those located at a refinery (Refinery sites may have additional safety requirements)
- Maintain a professional relationship with the Delek's business units to ensure alignment to assist them in reaching their goals
- Maintain and communicate aligned IT/OT strategy while building the technology roadmap with IT/OT initiatives in support of the business strategy
- Demonstrates an ability to rapidly learn new business processes and assess gaps between those processes and business initiatives
- Displays an ability to retain process knowledge and apply toward understanding integration impact with existing and new processes
- Develop effective work relationships at various job levels with different business units to ensure strategy is aligned across the organization
- Understands and applies the various IT methodologies which include project management, service management and system architecture
- Works with other IT groups and business units, troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical problems
- Assists in implementing fixes for performance issues within support applications
- Assists with implementing computing architecture based on approved designs
- Oversees the development, implementation, and support of IT/OT systems working closely with Delek personnel
- Ability to exercise overall day-to-day control of projects and productions systems, functional and technical resources
- Responsible for the maintenance, governance, and support business and operations technology applications
- Balancing the needs for projects and supporting production systems with the skills and capabilites of the team
- Manages day-to-day activities and deliverables of the Team
- Formulates individualized performance goals for direct reports
- Provide onsite leadership during operational incidents
- Provide operational and tactical process leadership to meet overall targets and goals, such as improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing quality, and ensuring compliance
- Manageing IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communication of job expectations, and monitoring performance and empowering team members to solve problems and maintain positive energy throughout the team
- Generates reporting of performance metrics, tracking progress, identifies issues and impacts on timelines
- Manage and participate in turnaround activities. Includes allocating and directing technology resources to sufficiently plan and support.
- Excels at communication, developing reports, and presenting information to the IT team and C-Levels
- Monitor and troubleshoot the IT and OT network, hardware, software, and applications, resolving issues and escalating them as needed
- Works to identify customer requirements and technical scoping for upcoming projects
