JOB SUMMARY:
The Site HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Entry Level plays a key supporting role in assisting the Site HR Director and broader HR team with the execution of human resources programs and initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The HRBP provides day-to-day HR support to site leaders and employees, helping ensure consistency and compliance in HR practices while contributing to a positive and engaged workplace culture. Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR data management, and policy administration. The HRBP will gain exposure to all aspects of HR operations while learning to partner effectively with leaders and employees across the organization.
By combining administrative excellence with a learning mindset, the HRBP supports HR service delivery and builds the foundation for future growth within Delek’s HR organization.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Up to two (2) years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferred (internships and part-time HR experience will be considered).

SuccessFactors or other HRIS experience is a plus.

Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Provides administrative and operational support for HR programs and activities.

Collects and maintains HR data and assists with reports, tracking, and documentation.

Interprets and applies basic HR policies and practices; seeks guidance from senior HR staff as needed.

Assists with site labor and employee relations activities (e.g., tracking grievances, maintaining documentation).

Supports talent acquisition, onboarding, and orientation of new hires.

Helps research, investigate, and document HR-related matters under direction from HR leadership.

Assists in the coordination and delivery of HR training and communications.

Prepares and maintains HR reports and records for business clients as requested.
