JOB SUMMARY
Leads the Critical Infrastructure and Operations Technology team for the refining business unit consisting of 4 refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas, and Krotz Springs, Louisiana. This role is accountable for the strategic oversight, implementation, and lifecycle managment of IT/OT systems to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations. Establishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of escalation for all service issues. The leader collaborates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver high-quality services, drive innovation, and support operational goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Four (4) or more years management experience (Required)
- Ten (10) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
- No Licensure or Certification Required.

- Oversees the development, implementation, and support of IT/OT systems working closely with Delek personnel.
- Accountable for the maintenance, governance, and support of business and operations technology infrastructure.
- Ability to exercise day-to-day control of projects and productions systems, functional and technical resources.
- Balances the needs of projects and supporting production systems with the skills and capabilites of the team.
- Maintains a professional relationship with Delek's business unit leaders to ensure alignment and assist them in reaching their goals.
- Leads strategy, planning, and budget for responsible areas.
- Manages IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communication of job expectations, and monitoring performance and empowering team members to solve problems and maintain positive energy throughout the team.
- Formulates individualized performance goals for direct reports and overall goals for assigned areas.
- Generates reporting of performance metrics, tracking progress, identifies issues and impacts on timelines.
- Provide operational and tactical process leadership to meet overall targets and goals, such as improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing quality, and ensuring compliance.
- Excels at communciation, developing reports, and presenting information to the IT team and C-levels.
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activites with others.
- Implements defined policies while providing technical direction and oversight, without directly executing the tasks performed by the team.

Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel (approximately 25-40%) to refinery sites to provide hands-on leadership, support critical infrastructure projects, oversee turnaround readiness, and maintain alignment with local site leadership and teams. Travel frequency may increase during major maintenance events or capital project implementations.
