Assistant Retail Store Manager (Store #4053 - Trent TX)

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores which also market motor fuels in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Description & Responsibilities:

- You are the face of your retail location business unit during your shift supporting and encouraging your staff to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Work with Store Manager to recruit, hire, value, develop and retain personnel to ensure site is operating at maximum efficiency. 

- Advocate for Hi-Potential programs - Mentor – Sponsorship Mentality.

- Goal driven with the ability to break down complex problems into components to analyze, diagnose, and identify potential solutions to achieve maximum profitability.

- Thoughtfully challenges assumptions to empower the team through clear direction with a “Lead by Example” mentality.

- Positive accountability mindset with leadership courage.
