Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.


The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.


The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Senior Director, Operations


*Must have 24 hour convenience store experiences 


Essential Duties & Reponsibilities 

  • Will oversee approximately 11 direct reports and approximately 120 - 141 business units
  • Develop, maintain and monitor annual operating budget for each business unit.
  • Supervise the review and adherence to each business unit’s budget and P&L Statement
  • Develop and oversee business forecasting projects
  • Work with other senior managers on product development, pricing and other strategic operational issues
  • Ability to maneuver through various financial and operational reports and convey needs, expectations and direction to operational staff
  • Effectively manage, lead and develop all operational staff
  • Develops all standard operating procedures for store operations through collaboration with support team; updates regularly to align with changing procedures and BSRO operating guidelines

  • Experience managing P&L Statement in excess of $20M plus

  • Collaborates with others regarding new standard needs; develops recommendations to leadership on new standards that will drive improvements in productivity, decreased cost, or improved operational audit results
  • Works independently under limited supervision
  • Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the area
  • Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports


Requried Education & Education:

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience


Minimum Required Experiences:

  • Must have 24 hour convenience store experiences 
  • Multi-site management experience (minimum of 10+ locations)
  • A minimum of 5 years of retail management
  • Solid command of all retail operational disciplines
  • Experience managing P&L Statement
  • Master of multi-tasking


Desired/Preferred Experience 

  • Multi-site management experience (minimum of 10+ locations)
  • A minimum of 10 years of retail management
  • Experience managing P&L Statement in excess of $20M plus
  • Expert user of Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
