Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.


The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.


The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.



The Cybersecurity Program Manager is responsible for successfully planning and coordinating numerous cybersecurity initiatives and tasks within the Delek organization. While reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity, this individual will assist in tracking project status, resources, and budget. This individual will be responsible for vendor relationships and also function as an intra-team liaison to other IT groups.


Essential Duties AND Responsibilities:




  • Plans cybersecurity program component projects to execute multi-year strategic objectives with a strong passion and drive utilizing capabilities to ensure commitments are completed on time, as scoped, and budgeted.
  • Tracks team utilization across all projects and active tasks.
  • Coordinate with other teams to identify business needs and priorities.
  • Establishes and reports metrics of security platforms and program effectiveness to management.
  • Schedules and tracks team meetings and compliance commitments.
  • Creates purchase orders and tracks vendor payments based on budget and management guidance.
  • Manages vendors and third parties effectively driving to meet commitments and milestones.
  • Writes program and project funding proposals and provides progress and status reporting to the capital team.
  • Assists Director of Cybersecurity in developing budgets and operating plans for the department



  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead/direct/influence large/complex cross-functional projects including interaction with senior level managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface at all levels of the organization.

    Proven customer-focused experience and excellent judgment.

    Proven problem-solver with the ability to perform root cause analysis.

  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, high paced environment.

    Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening and drug screen.

    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.


  • Required Edcation & Experience:

  • Ten or more years of experience working in project management.
  • Eight or more years of experience working in IT or cybersecurity.
  • Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
  • CSPO or PMP certifications are a plus.
