Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have overall responsibility of supporting continual recruiting initiatives for multiple recruiters.  The coordinator will also have the responsibility of all onboarding activities related to new hires.  This position is located in our corporate office in Brentwood, TN.

Description & Responsibilities:

  • Support client groups with recruiting processes including scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel and hotel, hosting candidates while on-site, reserving conference rooms and liaising with candidates and leaders at Delek US and their administrative partners, as appropriate.
  • Responsible for candidate expense reimbursement process where applicable.
  • Create and distribute employment-related correspondence.
  • Assist and initiate relocation services concerning new hires and transferred employees.
  • Create and implement a fun and informational Onboarding process for all new employees; responsible for I-9 documentation and verification of new hires.
  • Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Arrange special requests and provide a high-touch experience appropriate to the candidate’s needs.
  • Engage in the organization of special events, meetings and team building, as requested by the Recruiting team and/or HR Leadership team.
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; files documents into appropriate employee files and assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in applicant tracking system (ATS) and correspondence related to the recruiting process as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
