Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Position Overview


The HR Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing reports and dashboards across all HR functional areas.  Reporting requests will range from routine data queries as well as building complex reports and dashboards.  They will partner with HR and Operational leadership to establish and standardize reporting to ensure regular and consistent reporting is available to the appropriate people.  This role will be responsible for all aspects of reporting from requirements gathering through delivery and ongoing maintenance.


Essential Duties


  • Create ad-hoc and operational reports/dashboards, including but not limited to headcount, turnover, talent acquisition, payroll, compensation, diversity, talent management and regulatory reporting such as EEO, SOX, etc…
  • Understand client needs to provide appropriate metrics and insights that will drive imporovements in service delivery and operational effectiveness in key business areas
  • Search for trends, patterns, correlations in data and work with business partners to uncover causation
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards
  • Identify and drive resolution of data quality issues
  • Automate, standardize, schedule, and publish key reports and dashboards to help disseminate data and insights to key leaders and other stakeholders.

Required Education & Experience


  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3-5 Years of experience providing analysis/reporting for HR
  • Experience performing analysis and interpretation of large volumes of data.
  • Advanced skills in data manipulation and transformation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced excel capability
  • Experience with SuccessFactors ad hoc and ORD reporting tools
  • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools (ad hoc, report designer, ORD, etc)                      




  • Experience with PowerBI or other BI Dashboard tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Experience writing and running queries from SAP payroll and Kronos
