Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.

 

The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.

 

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

The Business Analyst is part of the Business Process team for the Corporate Refining Group. The analyst supports the team by assisting with weekly and monthly cost reporting, yearly opex budgets, dashboards, business plan coordination, refinery communications, and any ad hoc assignments that have been requested by the Corporate Refining Executive team.

The Analyst position should be able to take charge of a project and deliver results that will meet the standards of the Refining organization group.  The ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into information that improves corporate processes.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with SAP and Visio would be preferred.
  • Detailed oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently and with others.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 2+ years of associated work experience

Hours of Work/ Travel:

  • 10 -20% - occasional trips to the refineries or meetings in Dallas
