- Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
- Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

JOB SUMMARY
Plans and secures adequate supplies of one or more energy commodities to meet the organization's needs. Develops long-term supply agreements, which may include transportation and storage arrangements. Ensures all contracts and transactions are conducted within prescribed legal policies and procedures and works closely with other functions to determine pricing and terms of new contracts. Negotiates purchase contracts. Develops forecasts of needed supply, transportation requirements and available storage. Manages relationships with suppliers. Administers and monitors existing purchase and sale contracts. Identifies new long-term supply opportunities and assists in determining prices and contract terms for profitable transactions in conjunction with the energy marketing and trading group.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Participates in forecast on balances and credits. Gathers and develops supply/demand balances and optimization of compliance efforts.
- Coordinates with System Optimizers, Director of Business Operations, Trading, Refining, Economics and Planning personnel to identify and evaluate economics of available supply/demand balances to realize commercial opportunities.
- Communicates system opportunities for optimum refinery operation in 30120 day period to Trading and Refineries. Communicates marginal economics on various options to Trading and Optimization.
- Maintains and tracks economic uplift of various decisions. Evaluates and coordinates opportunities within the refining system to capture synergies.
- Provides support to the strategy implementation and business development activities. Includes unit startups or shutdowns to minimize business impacts from regulatory requirements.
