JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for on-going activities related to the successful operation of a retail store that has a restaurant/food preparation area. Engages in food prep activities. Ensures inventory is stocked, and maintains the cleanliness of the store. Provides customer service and engages in financial transactions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • One (1) or more years Experience working in retail environment (Preferred)
  • Two (2) or more years Experience working in a retail environment (Required)
  • No Licensure or Certification Required.

  • Will assign tasks, follow up and counsel employees for not adhering to policies and procedures, excessive cash shortages and not performing tasks
  • High performing individual that is selfmotivated and supervises associates without additional oversight
  • Ensures Sales Associates follow procedures and processes required for all payment transactions (credit card, cash, check, etc.), restricted product sales (tobacco, alcohol, lottery, gift cards, etc.)
  • Manages compliance of corporate policies, including safety, dress code, emergency response, and shift responsibilities, etc.
  • Manages site appearance (merchandising) and cleanliness are maintained and that all site equipment is in working condition
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels to maximize sales and performs cycle counts and orders
  • Responsible for creating and receiving vendor orders and ensure accuracy of orders
  • Ensures execution of all customer service programs and processes
  • Responds to and resolves customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Ensures all food safety related activities (preparation, food handling, storage) are conducted in accordance with regulation requirements
  • Ensures all related food policies of franchise operation including required certifications are followed
