The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Job Summary:

Support the Refinery Leadership Team in leveraging the Integrity Management Systems (IMS) to improve the site’s performance. Champion the development and implementation of the refinery’s Management Systems to ensure the highest level of safety, environmental, and reliability compliance with the Corporation’s Policies, Standards, and Procedures. Ensuring continuous improvement in productivity and financial results, all while developing employees to their highest potential. Responsible for creating and facilitating the site’s IMS Steering Committee. Developing, tracking, and ensuring all employees are trained on the IMS framework and how to use the system.  Coordination of IMS KPIs for stewardship. Acts as the site’s single point of contact for any IMS Assessments and tracks IMS findings and closures.


Job Responsibilities:

-Facilitates Business Units’ IMS Coordinator Network in which facilitators share best practices and lead standardization efforts. As needed, convenes ad hoc Functional Excellence Team (FET) to develop enterprise-wide processes/solutions to issues impacting multiple Business Units.

-Enables Business Unit’s understanding and application of IMS requirements. Provides education, clarification and training on roles, processes and methodologies.

-Compiles metrics and prepares dash boards to report and assess IMS performance.

-Assists in identification and implementation of best practices across the enterprise.

-Maintains IMS taxonomy, elements, and assessment tools. Develops, maintains and tracks enterprise assessment schedule.


Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

At least 5 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 


Organizational Leveling:

Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities. Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers. Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
