JOB SUMMARY
Develops and maintains customer and product information within PDI Enterprise Pricebook. Responsible for setting up pricing, promotion and other vendor related data and ensures accuracy of entry. Manage information security, data protection, data quality and exchange. Liaises with Category Management, Business Intelligence, IT, operations and other data management functions as required both internally and externally.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a related field preferred
- PDI experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- VeriFone Commander POS experience preferred
- No Licensure or Certification Required.

- Import new items ensure cost changes are completed accurately and in advance of changes taking place at store level.
- Ensure items have accurate brand, manufacturer, and size
- Maintain zone pricing for all categories
- Process invoice exceptions
- Process cost exceptions
- Process EDI invoice errors
- Authorize/deauthorize items in wholesaler portal and enter retails
- Set up promotions
- Set up price rules
- Set up attributes
- Set up cost items such as recipe and menu items
- Maintain tax laws by the state
- Work closely with Category Management, Operations, and Marketing Departments to add and delete items in the price book and ensure price book policies and procedures are followed.
- Provides support to end users on a variety of price book issues.
- Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Responds to basic user-related questions
- Complete tasks as assigned by Pricebook Manager
