We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels, and convenience store retailing.
- Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
- Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
- Our Retail or convenience store part of Delek, runs over 250 stores in Texas and New Mexico. We also have company-branded New-to-Industry DK stores in the southern part of the US!
- Our three renewables’ plants in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi combined can produce 40 million gallons of biodiesel fuel a year.

JOB SUMMARY
Provides administrative and operational support to various executive and operational groups in the organization. Duties will include but not limited to filing, document creation, report development, word processing, and data entry. Provides telephone coverage, screen calls, and take messages. Uses business Microsoft, SAP and Accounts Payable applications. May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses. Support special projects as needed.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- College degree preferred however, those with a high school diploma with related experience will be considered.
- Two (2) or more years Experience in Transportation, Logistics, or related field (Required)
- No Licensure or Certification Required.
