Manager, Retail Loss Prevention

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Manager, Risk Management located in our Dallas, TX corporate office.


The Manager, Risk Management identifies and analyzes potential sources of loss to minimize risk. Estimates the potential financial consequences of an occurring loss. Develops and implements controls and cost-effective approaches to minimize the organization's risks. Assesses and communicates information regarding business risks with functions across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage the company claims process
-Process and collaborate within the department to ensure adequate claims management
-Manage and ensure the Branded Retail and Wholesale Safety program's store practice and implementation to promote Delek Safety Culture for claims action plans
-Conduct necessary store surveys to ensure the current corporate Risk and Safety practice/procedure implementations
-Support to the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance to ensure all locations are compliant with all federal/state regulations and the company's financial service policies/procedures
-Conduct AML CTF Compliance/ Fraud transaction monitoring, investigation, and escalate results to the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance
-Communicate with the store management to conclude the AML/Fraud investigations

Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
At least 5 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years related experience for Claims, Safety, or Operational experience.

Organizational Leveling:
Supervises the daily activities of support or production team members. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Problem solving is guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager. Does not typically perform the work supervised.
