OXXO is currently in the process of acquiring the Retail unit of Delek US, and we are working on a transition to integrate this new company under their International operation. While this transition process is underway, you will initially be hired by Delek. However, in the near future, the operation will be transferred and managed directly by OXXO US. JOB SUMMARY
Analyzes internal and external data to develop, present, and execute on category action plans. Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement. Likely to have knowledge of syndicated data, space management, graphics, spreadsheets, planograms and other category management tools. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Six (6) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
- Required CertIfications/Licensures: (Valid driver’s license)

- Required to work in a hybrid environment – in office and complete site visits and either individually or as a team , Some overnight travel is required , Travel to attend conferences
- Own the strategic development, execution, budget, margin and gross profit for assigned(largest) categories
- Lead assigned category level communication with operations team, regulatory/compliance team and business intelligence team
- Assess industry trends and recommend product strategy changes – new products, exiting products
- Represent Delek US and account management, negotiations, and strategic planning with vendor partners
- Coach and Mentor earlier career category managers
