Plant Laborer

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Plant Laborer

  • Responsible for Plant Housekeeping
    • Maintain strong engagement with operational team to drive towards safety goals
    • Engage with operational and maintenance team in event of equipment causing housekeeping issues
    • Coordinate with Operations Supervisor and/or Admin Assistant for ordering and stocking of cleaning supplies
    • Maintain accurate and consistent housekeeping records
    • Maintain sanitary atmosphere in all essential locations
    • Ensure all outside operations is within compliance to housekeeping

 

Program Compliance/Safety Leadership

  • Align with and assist in driving compliance with EHS, PSM & Business Unit policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure safe and sanitary atmosphere and document
  • Follow site PSM Program based on Corporate and Internal PSM guidelines
  • Drive strong alignment with Delek’s Core Values
  • Participate in and lead daily meetings with staff focused on safety; driving towards

 daily, weekly and monthly goals.

  • Attend safety and PSM training.
  • Participate in safety observations routinely within process areas.
  • Adhere to Delek’s Safety Program “I Own It”

 

Employee Development & Performance Management

  • Build engagement through positive working relationships and leadership by embodying core competencies within operations.
  • Employee should clearly understand their respective core roles & responsibilities
    • Review individual qualifications for your team, ensuring alignment with Operation Supervisors expectations
