- A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience.
- Outstanding functional SAP Material Management (SAP MM) in SAP ERP / S4/HANA.
- Additional experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and/or Source to Pay SaaS solutions are a bonus.
- Demonstrate an understanding of SAP business processes within source to pay/procure to pay and plant maintenance process.
- Fluent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (English).
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs.
- Responsible for implementation of the Best Practice MM processes and data (analysis, concept, evaluation of solution alternatives, implementation, Test, UAT, Go-Live)
- Proactive resource who advises our internal customers with innovative, strategic process solutions and implements them.
- Help drive motivation of our internal customers to use a maximum of our global standard processes to keep the solution simple, efficient, and effective.
- Production support, enhancement and maintenance of legacy and S4 systems.
- Consulting and support of business partners such as global process owners and key users.
- Independent management of tasks and work packages.
- Taking responsibility for the implementation of the agreed solutions in accordance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Management of external, potentially offshore, resources.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a senior consultant in SAP MM is an absolute must (additional Plant Maintenance experience an advantage)
- Highly skilled in Material Master Data Setup, Procure to Pay Cycle (Requisition to Purchase Order), Materials Management Material Request Process, Material movements, request, Goods Receipt, Service Entry Sheets, Stock Transfers, Warehouse Inventory Processes, Logistic Invoice verifications etc.
- Holistic view of business processes across SCM (Supply Chain Management) and PM (Plant Maintenance)
- Technical knowledge/experience in data migration with S4 data migration cockpit/BODS
- Technical knowledge/experience in ABAP debugging would be an advantage
- Experience in writing RICEFW (report, interface, conversion, enhancement, forms, workflows) objects
- Conversant working with EDI/IDOCS related to MM transactions.
- Act as Senior SAP MM Consultant and lead on assigned SAP implementation projects
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, support and international ERP rollouts projects
- Ability to manage external resources
- Experience in presentation, facilitation, leading process workshops as well as key user trainings
- Very good team player with excellent communication skills
- Independent, proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible personality
- Willingness to travel 25%
