Sr Wholesale Sales & Marketer

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Sr Wholesale Sales & Marketer located remotely.

 

The Sr Wholesale Sales & Marketer is the person in charge of managing Delek’s key relationships with its branded wholesale business. They are in charge of building long-term relationships with assigned customers and generally stay with customers for a length of their relationship with the company. Sr Wholesale Sales & Marketers may be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales, logistics, and marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Prospect and secure new Distributors and new Distributor branded accounts.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Makes sure customers receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Communicates customer needs and demands to Delek management.
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers.
  • As part of the sales team, collaborate with management team to reach prospective customers.
  • Monitor, review, and negotiate contracts for management approval to meet sales and profit objectives; including maintaining ratable contract sales.
  • Participate in approved state and regional activities that are pertinent to our industry and of benefit to Delek US.

 

Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

  • Master's or MBA degree typically preferred.
