We are hiring for the position of Sr Treasury Analayst reporting to our Director, Treasury!

This position will sit in our Brentwood, TN Corporate Headquarters and offer a hybrid schedule with working three days in office and two days remote.

JOB SUMMARY

Performs treasury operations involving cash funds, credit collection, working capital management, and capital management. Provides analytical and technical support to treasury-related activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Required)
  • One to two or more years’ experience in corporate finance, treasury, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Certifications/Licensures: Certified Treasury Professional (a plus)
  • Treasury Principles:  Understanding of essential treasury management functions such as liquidity management, credit collections, and capital structuring
  • Treasury Knowledge: Experience with financial modeling and analysis
  • Treasury Practices and Procedures:  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and strong attention to detail; ability to summarize financial information into concise, high-quality charts, tables, and Power Point presentations
  • Treasury Products:  Understanding of capital structures and debt instruments, such as revolving credit facilities, term loans, and senior notes
  • Management Systems:  Strong technical proficiency with software applications (Excel, Power Point, and Word) and ability to incorporate automation tools to speed the creation of daily reports; knowledge of Treasura and SAP is a plus
  • Project Management:  Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Communication:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Preparing daily treasury reports summarizing liquidity and cash balances, key payment dates, cost of capital, and other capital markets indicators
  • Assisting with the preparation of the quarterly cash forecasting model
  • Supporting credit monitoring and collection efforts by processing customer applications and new account set up, preparing customer credit review information, and performing other ongoing credit tasks
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly covenant compliance reporting requirements
  • Assisting in executing capital markets transactions, including bank credit facilities, institutional term loans, senior notes, and equity issuances
  • Assisting in the preparation of various treasury reports, presentations, and analyses for senior management and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting on key treasury metrics, trends, and risks, identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Staying informed about relevant market developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in treasury management
