JOB SUMMARY
Leads Operational Excellence and Software Development Quality Assurance initiatives within the Office of the CIDO. This role is accountable for improving operational efficiency, ensuring high-quality Product delivery, and driving governance and compliance through standardized processes. Oversee process management, quality assurance, testing execution, and IT General Controls (ITGC) to support reliable, compliant, and effective technology operations. Partners with leadership and stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, maintain quality standards, and promote continuous improvement across the organization.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Six (6) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

Two (2) or more years of Management Experience (Required)

Lean Six Sigma Certification or related quality assurance certification, CMQ.OE; CSQA; etc. (Preferred)

Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of business and IT processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Conducts process assessments, identifies improvement opportunities, and implements best practices to streamline workflows and reduce redundancies

Leads product quality assurance and testing, managing end-to-end testing activities to ensure high-quality application delivery
