JOB SUMMARY

Sr. Manager of IT Portfolio Management will be responsible for the overall management, oversight, and successful execution of Delek’s technology projects and initiatives. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive IT portfolio strategy, managing the portfolio budget, ensuring governance and compliance, and driving stakeholder engagement. The role will also involve leading a high-performing team of project managers and ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Two (2) or more years Leadership experience (Required)
  • Six (6) or more years IT portfolio management, project management, or related fields (Required)
  • Required Certifications/Licensures: (PMP certification)

  • Identify and mitigate risks within the IT portfolio, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and success of initiatives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a portfolio-level dashboard, offering insights and analytics on overall portfolio health and trends.
  • Establishes or participates in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals, which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and interactive refinement of roadmaps.
  • Manage the IT portfolio budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control.
  • Work closely with finance teams to review and forecast project financials, including budget utilization and variances.
  • Oversee project accounting setup and project closeout, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Oversee financial analysis and reporting for the IT PMO, ensuring alignment with capital and operating plans.
  • Lead the execution of IT projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee project intake, resource demand planning, and alignment with portfolio roadmaps and strategic goals.
  • Address project issues promptly to maintain scope, schedule, and financial targets.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Provide regular performance reviews and ensure continuous improvement.
