JOB SUMMARY
Leading the Enterprise Information Management team, oversees configuration, implementation, maintenance and upgrades for functional/business area Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management). Analyzes user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization. Applies in-depth knowledge of off-the-shelf applications to efficiently customize modules that maintain full compatibility with vendor guidelines. Provides ongoing ERP system support. May participate in defining requirements and selecting software vendors.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Two (2) or more years Management experience (Required)
- Eight (8) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
- No Licensure or Certification Required.

- Participate in the development, revision, and enhancement of functional processes in Delek system landscape to ensure accurate and timely data reporting
- Oversees the development, implementation, and support of IT systems working closely with Delek personnel
- Ability to exercise overall day-to-day control of projects and production systems, functional and technical resources, balancing the needs for projects and supporting production systems with the skills and capabilities of the team
- Oversees the execution strategic direction for the Team and ensures achievement of established objectives
- Reviews reporting and formulates action plan to ensure development and expected outputs are achieved
