Sr Manager, Compensation

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Sr. Manager, Compensation located in our Brentwood, Tennessee corporate office.


The Sr. Manager, Compensation plans, designs, evaluates and administers employee compensation programs such as salaries and job evaluations.

Role & Responsibilities:

-Lead and grow team member(s) in compensation

-Plan, develop and/or participate in area and industry surveys. Analyze results of surveys and develop specific recommendations for review by management.

-Develop and administer Delek’s base pay, short-term and long-term incentive programs

-Advise the executive team, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on pay decisions and guideline interpretations

-Manage the job and pay structure and provide expertise and counsel to HR community and management

-Compile, analyze, summarize large amounts of raw data and make recommendations to the executive team

-Keep apprised of worldwide compensation and equity laws and regulations in order to ensure Company compliance

-Develop specifications for new plans or modify existing plans


Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

-At least 5 years of compensation experience.

-Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

-Strong ability to analyze compensation trends and provide insights from internal and external data

-Strong experience leading and implementing compensation projects

-Advanced Excel skills
