Join our team as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Brentwood, TN. This role provides a hybrid schedule, combining four days in the office with one day remote. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, you will play a key role in strategic planning and financial analysis for our Corporate Budgeting Process.

JOB SUMMARY
Performs strategic planning and financial analyses. Develops the organization's strategic plan(s) to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability. Identifies, investigates, evaluates, and negotiates acquisitions/divestitures, licensing opportunities and strategic business alliances that are in line with the organization's long-range goals. Also performs financial analyses in support of broader financial planning operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Four (4) or more years’ Experience in a related field (Required)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of financial and operational performance.
- Prepare quarterly financial reporting packages for the Board of Directors.
- Participate in Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
- Perform financial analysis of current operations and growth opportunities.
- Perform financial analysis and facilitate transactional due diligence for potential M&A opportunities.
- Assist with developing presentations for senior management / operations.
- Maintain complex excel spreadsheets for various financial needs
- Support ad hoc reports and/or analyses as necessary.
