Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.


The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.


The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Role Summary

The Sales Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Wholesale Sales and Marketing and be responsible for the aggressive growth strategy of the wholesale division.  Primary focus will be to develop and grow the business outside of our current refinery network implementing both short and long-term sales strategies that aid in the overall growth of our company.


Job Accountabilities

  • Create and develop sales activities in new and existing markets.
  • Manage customer relations, and strategies for refined products.
  • Prepare proposals and develop pricing model strategies for new business.
  • Leverage business unit resources to accelerate sales growth and assist in closing business activities to achieve company, team and individual goals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with commercial team in the sharing of industry information and best practices.
  • Satisfy annual revenue targets & profitable project strategies.
  • Utilize current contacts and experience to develop sales leads & new marketing outlets.
  • Work with team to review business unit profitability, formulate budget inputs and forecasts, and provide insight and recommendations on new business initiatives and opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support for the strategic development of the company.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field 
  • Ability to communicate and clearly present sales results to all levels of management
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • 7+ years industry experience
  • Superior customer relationship skills
