Job Summary:
Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Project Manager located in our Brentwood, Tennessee corporate office.
The SAP Project Manager is a key member of the SAP Project Leadership Team at Delek US Holdings with prime responsibility for planning, monitoring, and managing a deployment of SAP S/4HANA for a diversified downstream energy company. Coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, and risk management. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, business value, schedule and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. SAP Project Manager is a hands-on role and reports directly to the Enterprise Business Applications Sr. Director.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress throughout project lifecycle
- Measure project performance, report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Build and manage relationships with the business and external stakeholders
- Direct activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget
- Monitor project results against project scope and objectives
- Ensure quality transition to the production support organization
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for complex, multi-module SAP implementation projects
- Experience with establishing governance processes and managing using KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to motivate others and work collaboratively in a team of business and technical professionals

Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- Industry recognized project management certification
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- Use, knowledge or familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
- Previous work with offshore consultants in shared delivery model
