Job Summary:Provides on-site technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes). Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems. Typically resolves issues referred by help desk support.
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, deploy and maintain company-wide PC images; both physical and virtual. Responsible for maintaining the tools and processes used for deploying those images on different hardware and virtual platforms.
-Test, evaluate, and package software and applications for mass distribution. Assist technicians with software deployments and upgrades.
-Serve as desktop image subject matter expert and escalation point for advanced desktop Service Desk issues.
-Develop, implement and maintain company standards for desktop configurations, application delivery and desktop security. Conduct reviews to ensure compliance to standards.
-Coordinate project actions with IT Manager and IT staff members, vendors and technical representatives, internal and external clients.
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
More than 5 years of related experience. A Bachelor's or technical degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Requires specialized expertise in technical processes or procedures. Completes assignments and facilitates the work activities of others; may coordinate work beyond own area. May act as a lead, providing subject matter guidance to team members but is not a supervisor.
