JOB SUMMARY
The [Department] Intern supports department initiatives by assisting with day‑to‑day activities, project work, and analysis related to the department’s objectives.
The Intern will work alongside Delek professionals to support [insert department‑specific functions, projects, or business processes], gaining insight into how the department contributes to overall business operations.
Refining Specific Required Verbiage:
While performing the duties of this job in the field, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, working at heights, and outside weather conditions.
Physical activities include climbing, standing, crawling, confined space entry, and maneuvering through operating process units. While performing the duties of this position in the refinery, appropriate personal protective equipment will be worn as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in [Department Specific Field]
- Accounting/Finance/Internal Audit: Accounting, Finance or similar degree
- Commercial: Finance, Business, Analytics, or similar degree
- Data & Technology: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or similar technology degree
- Refining/Logistics: Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with good academic standing
- Availability to work 40 hours/per week during Summer Internship Program
- Basic knowledge of [field specific experience]
- Accounting/Finance/Internal Audit: Business, Accounting and/or Finance Principles
- Commercial: Business, Accounting and/or Finance Principles
