Job Summary:Provides on-site technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes). Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems. Typically resolves issues referred by help desk support.
Job Responsibilities:
-One of the first points of contact for internal office users seeking IT assistance.
-Perform Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting for hardware and software issues with premium customer service and communication skills.
-This resource will be taking 100+ phone calls/week and handling hardware and software issues for employees.
-This position will be 95% remoting into internal users' systems. Hardware troubleshooting will deal with PC's, desktops, printers, copiers, etc. Software troubleshooting will deal with Windows 7/10, MS Office Suite, Office 365, etc.
-This person needs to be able to dig deeper into the issue at hand and resolve unique problems.
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
2 years of related experience. A Bachelor's or technical degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
