Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Director, Organizational Change Management located in our Brentwood, Tennessee corporate office.
The Director, Organizational Change Management is a key member of the SAP Project Leadership Team at Delek US Holdings with prime responsibility for delivering change management solutions for deployment of SAP S/4HANA. The Director’s role is to execute Organizational Change Management Strategy, focusing on the people, process, technology, and information/communication side of change. This is inclusive of changes to roles and responsibilities, business processes, systems and technology, and organization culture, structure and design. The Director, Organizational Change Management drives faster adoption, higher utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. Director, Organizational Change Management is a hands-on role reporting directly to the EVP, Chief Financial Officer for the duration of the SAP S/4HANA project, with forthcoming transition to the Business Transformation Organization following the deployment.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Apply structured methodologies, processes and tools to lead change management strategy and activities to support adoption of the changes required by the project or initiatives assigned; examples include ADKAR, 7S, Lewn, Kotter, etc.
- Create actionable deliverables for key change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Support communication efforts - Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Assess and measure the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, develop leading/lagging KPIs, and identify and manage risk with key stakeholders
- Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements, and supports the design and delivery of training programs
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders using a high degree of emotional intelligence to enable open, honest conversations about the people-impacts related to change
- Demonstrate empathy and the ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Regularly document and report group findings
- Consult and coach project team leaders as needed
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of experience leading formal Organizational Change Management for complex, enterprise wide initiatives requiring extensive organizational and transformational change
- Experience moving people successfully through components of change with extensive knowledge in change management principles, methodologies and tools, acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to motivate others and work collaboratively in a team of business and technical professionals
- Proven track record managing change in large companies, preferably in Oil & Gas.

Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with recognized OCM methodology
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- Use, knowledge or familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
- Familiarity with Oil and Gas industry
