JOB SUMMARY
The GRC Intern will support Delek’s Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance program. This role focuses on helping the organization document, measure, and improve our cybersecurity posture through policy management, control monitoring, risk assessments, internal governance processes, and regulatory alignment. The intern will work closely with Cybersecurity leadership, enterprise stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure we See it, Manage it, Secure it across the environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with comfort working with documentation and data.
- Interest in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with good academic standing
- Availability to work 40 hours/per week during Summer Internship Program
- Basic knowledge of IT Equipment and Software, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443).
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Ability to record and present data in a clear and concise manner
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Solid software application skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good organizational & Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness and desire for continual learning and self-development
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Assist in reviewing and updating cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support third‑party risk assessments and remediation tracking.
- Participate in internal control testing and evidence collection.
- Help maintain GRC platform workflows and documentation.
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Support audit readiness activities including evidence packaging.
- Assist in dashboards and metrics for program maturity.
- Support governance forums with notes and action tracking.
- Maintain safe, clean, and orderly working environment by complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations
- Ability to successfully work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team seeking to continuously improve Cybersecurity performance
