We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics.

Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day

Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
JOB SUMMARY
The Commercial Intern will support daily commercial operations while gaining hands-on experience in market analysis, trading data and business decision support. This role will work alongside Delek professionals and contribute to ongoing commercial activities and lead a key summer project designed to improve decision-making through data insights and process enhancements.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy and vision of the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Math, Engineering or similar degree

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with good academic standing

Availability to work 40 hours/per week during Summer Internship Program

Basic knowledge of data management and interest in commodity markets

A self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines

Ability to record and present data in a clear and concise manner

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Solid software application skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Good organizational & Strong interpersonal skills

Willingness and desire for continual learning and self-development
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Lead a summer project to design and deliver a data-driven solution that improves commercial decision-making

Gather, clean, and consolidate data related to trades, commodity movements, and market fundamentals from multiple internal and external sources

Build and maintain a structured dataset or dashboard that enables analysis of supply, demand, and pricing trends

Present project outcomes, methodology, and business impact to stakeholders at the end of the internship

Maintain safe, clean, and orderly working environment by complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations

Ability to successfully work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team seeking to add value to the Commercial organization
