JOB SUMMARY
Develops effective relationships with business units, divisions, or groups of users. Ensures required IT/OT services are identified, developed, and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division. Establishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of contact for all service issues. Configures, installs, maintains, and upgrades computer systems hardware and software. Coordinates escalations with 3rd party resources and vendors. Collaborates with technology resources, leadership, and customers to develop solutions to business challenges that ensure the safe, compliant, and reliable operations of company assets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Eight (8) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

Occasional work outdoors for those located at a refinery (Refinery sites may have additional safety requirements)

Supports end user access to corporate hardware and software

Takes ownership of the issue from end to end from creation through the whole process and then through the resolution to ensure that issue has necessary follow through with end user

Escalates the ticket to the correct group if the incident cannot be resolved

Assists with compiling and presenting regular operational reports on top of identify operational trends and determine corrective actions

Hardware management to include, IT and OT systems at assigned site(s), ensuring system availability, backup, and disaster recovery

Administers IT and OT systems and acts as a key resource for execution of projects and operational initiatives
