Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the Supply Chain agenda, strategy, and execution plan in collaboration with and in support of local business strategy, securing buy-in from senior leadership and other key stakeholders across the Business and the Function,
- Establish effective Supply Chain portfolio management processes, while appropriately challenging third party spend arrangements and contracts, in order to deliver value and optimize refinery site costs.
- Build and nurture effective relationships with senior refinery leadership, other refinery stakeholders and external suppliers and contractors, influencing as appropriate to gain necessary alignment, Participate in cross functional meetings as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and Category Managers to review spend and to develop and implement annual refinery contracting & procurement plans and agreed sourcing and contracting strategies for the site.
- Champion use of Delek's Supply Chain processes, chosen tools and methodologies including execution of sourcing events through e-sourcing technology.
Organizational Leveling:
- Provides leadership to managers and professional staff. Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams. Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities. Decisions are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives.

- Ability to negotiate contracts, as well as, liaise with Legal and vendors to execute agreements.
- Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation and analytical skills are required.

- A strong collaborator across the business, Supply Chain and other support Functions.

- SAP, Ariba, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel, although minimum travel required within North America.
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- At least 10 years of related experience. At least 3 years of management experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Master's or MBA degree typically preferred.
Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years overall work experience as follows
- Minimum of 5 years as a Manager, Supervisor or SPA (single point of accountability)
- Minimum of 5 years procurement, supply chain, commercial, contract development, or contract management experience.
