Retail Store Manager (Albuquerque, NM- Store# 51749)

DK Stores is seeking candidates for the Store Manager position to oversee operations of our Business Unit located in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, the Store Manager supports our employees ensuring the delivery of superior service and products to maximize profits. The Manager performs functions to ensure that staff is selected, trained, counseled, and rewarded to maintain performance standards.

Description & Responsibilities:

- You are the face of your retail location business unit supporting and encouraging your staff to meet and exceed sales goals.

- People oriented to recruit, hire, value, develop and retain personnel to ensure site is operating at maximum efficiency. 

- Advocate for Hi-Potential programs - Mentor – Sponsorship Mentality.

-Goal driven with the ability to break down complex problems into components to analyze, diagnose, and identify potential solutions to achieve maximum profitability.

Education & Experience: 

High School Diploma/GED required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

2+ years in management overseeing a staff with P&L responsibilities
