Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Inventory Auditor located in our Albuquerque, NM market area.
The Inventory Auditor will accurately count the store’s inventory of merchandise items, troubleshoot systems and audit variances to help determine cause of the issue, help monitor store facilities to make sure operational, safety, and security standards are maintained on a consistent basis along with communicating between cross functional teams and departments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Verifies inventories, Sales associates cash drawers, petty cash and daily paperwork
- Verify all cash funds at the location
- Count cigarettes and liquor at the location
- Count lottery at the location. Count current tickets, and those in safe
- Verify daily reports to see that the amounts are entered correctly
- Verify passing tank test results are put into the file
- Will be checking 3 days of paperwork
- Will be checking paid outs
- Must have first-hand knowledge of the physical layout of the entire building.
- Should be thoroughly familiar with all emergency procedures with regard to accident, fire, illness of guests, and other incidents as outlined in the “Safety & Security” manual.
- Possess the ability to communicate with fellow staff members any problems, questions, and situations which may arise during his shift (especially with regard to procedures that are not being followed).
- Must have ability to operate 10 key, calculator and facsimile machine
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- Possess computer knowledge of key applications: MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of inventory auditing experience
