Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.

 

The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.

 

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Primary Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Administrator of site’s overall IMS framework.
  • Site Administrator for the Leadership and Assessment Elements for each Management System in IMS.
  • Coordination of all IMS assessments (internal and external)
  • Lead site trainer for Element Owners and Administrators
  • Site IMS documentation lead admin
  • Coordination of IMS Element KPI’s for stewardship and reporting.
  • Ensures changes to IMS-related standards are incorporated into site-specific procedures and the proper change communication is made.
  • Mentor and develop incoming site Element Owners and Administrators
  • Lead Incident Investigation as required
  • Support Business Development sessions and associated outputs (IMS Opex costs, IMS Assessment calendar, etc.)
  • Lead and participate in IMS site external assessments.
  • Advisor to the Site GM
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Critical Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Refining or Petrochemical industry.
  • Working directly with the RLT to facilitate IMS activities
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Lead without authority
  • Capable of multi-tasking, setting aggressive but realistic schedules with key milestones.
  • Working knowledge of industry personnel safety, process safety, and design standards and procedures
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and mentor staff without supervisory authority
  • Proficient in utilizing computer and Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Sound verbal and written communication and technical writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to lead diverse organizations
  • Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of Company personnel
  • Ability to work independently as  self-starter and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites for assessments, networking, and collaboration.
