Delek’s retail associates are making days a little easier for our customers throughout the southwest U.S. Conveniently located near neighborhoods and worksites primarily in Central and West Texas and New Mexico, opportunities to grow a career at any of Delek’s more than 250 retail motor fuel and convenience store locations are endless.

Roles within store operations include a clear leadership path with opportunities for Managers in Training, as well as Assistant and Retail Store Managers focused on the customer experience from the safety of our employees and customers to convenient shopping visits. Our on-site leaders model high standards of customer service, have an impact on increasing sales, and maximize value in meeting our customers’ needs from the forecourt to the shelves.
