Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE: DKL) is a separately traded company, primarily owned by Delek US, and made up of midstream energy infrastructure assets. The logistics and transportation business arm of our company purchases, gathers, and moves crude oil to our refineries or other buyers, and then markets, stores, and transports refined, usable fuels and products from our refineries to sell to distributors and retailers for a variety of applications.
Delek Logistics is a rapidly growing business segment, is highly diversified and adaptable, and is focused on realizing cost savings by owning and operating our own logistics gathering and transporting network, including pipeline systems, trucking, storage, and refined petroleum product terminals. DKL is committed to the safe operation and risk management of all of our facilities connected to production. Both our refineries and logistical support teams prioritize a responsibility to be safe and reliable to protect the public, our employees, and the communities who come in contact with elements of our pipeline. Integrating Delek’s refining and logistics platform helps develop and grow the more stable midstream business by removing uncertainty around sourcing and supply points and simplifies our delivery of quality fuel when and where it is needed.

The commercial and business development area is a strategic team who works to source and procure crude oil, provide right-of-way support, distribute surplus, and sell refined petroleum fuels and products.

PIPELINE OPERATIONS
The pipeline and terminal operations team is responsible for the development of gathering systems around each refinery location, as well as supply and distribution assets. With more than 1,000 miles of pipeline to coordinate, railway and barge partnerships, and over a dozen fuel and asphalt terminals, teams work in locations across nine states to ensure a safe and reliable operation.
