Early Career-Seekers
Our Rotational Engineer program offers recent and upcoming graduates, in the areas of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering, the opportunity to rotate through a number of our refinery locations providing real-world experience in the various engineering disciplines. In this 18-month program, you will gain exposure to environmental, health, safety, reliability and budget planning, as well as leadership development. Throughout the program, you will be exposed to senior leadership, who are committed to your career development. At the conclusion of the program, there are opportunities to be matched with a permanent role and continued employment with Delek.
