- Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day

JOB SUMMARY
Performs treasury operations involving cash funds, foreign exchange, debt and capital management. Provides analytical and technical support to treasury-related activities.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Six (6) or more years Experience in a related field (Preferred)
- No Licensure or Certification Required.

- Perform bank and trustee reporting for various debt agreements, covenant calculations, bank financial reporting and certification processes
- Asset Backed Loan borrowing base certificate compilation, calculation and bank reporting and supporting related bank audits by working with bank personnel and providing requested audit materials
- Collaboration with other departments in assessing impact of business initiatives under various debt agreement covenant limitations and identifying any amendment requirements and transaction sign off
- Subject matter expert for Asset Backed Loan borrowing base issues or supply & offtake agreement technical questions or issues; ability to work with legal, audit and operations in addressing issues and solutions
- Treasury systems and processes subject matter expert; Treasury lead on collaboration efforts with IT to implement Treasury system changes or upgrades
- Serves as peer mentor for team, providing guidance and instruction to less experienced team members
