Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

 

The Workforce Administration Lead is responsible for strategic decision making in building and administering efficient processes to support employee data, hires, organization and position management, mass reorganizations, mass loads and separations.  This role will be an escalation point for the HR support team as well as end users to determine resolution of data entry errors to ensure data integrity and holistic resolution inclusive of downstream and upstream systems/data. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with HR Communities of Expertise and HR Business Partners to understand and implement workforce administration processes (e.g. position and organization management, mobility, and termination)

  • Review and approve new site creation positions and organizational hierarchy changes
  • Monitor and manage Tier 2 case resolution, achieving optimal key performance metrics
  • Identify, prioritize and implement process improvements
  • Ensure necessary system preparations, timeline, population and creation of mass upload file for HRIS team to upload
  • Collaborate with HR Support Team to solve complex issues
  • Analyze reports and deliver key trends and escalate issues to HR Shared Service Center Lead
  • Develop and deliver training to HR Leadership and other operational teams related to HR data and system processes
  • Responsible for determining resolution of complex data issues ensuring that the appropriate stakeholders have been included and that we are meeting all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or Business
  • 5 years of experience working with HR SaaS solutions, including HR data management and position management
  • Experience with HR Service Now (preferred)

Basic Computer Skills 

  • Advanced user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accurately inputs information into and retrieves from the computer.
  • Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed.
  • Demonstrates ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel; create queries in company software applications.

 

Other Technical / Computer Skills -

  • Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to position/business unit
  • Acts as subject matter expert and provides training, troubleshooting and other support for software applications managed by business unit (i.e. PeopleSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, Lawson, etc…)
  • Understands and is familiar with the most widely known and emerging tools, technologies and social applications.
