Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.

 

The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.

 

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

The IT – Program Manager is an integral member of the Delek IT Project Management Office (PMO) performing various initiative support activities ranging from administering, directing, organizing and reporting project work of varying size and complexity.  The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing tasks to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed schedule, scope and funding parameters. In addition, the IT Project Manager may perform other support or administrative duties for the IT Department as business requirements dictate.

 

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

•        Work with project sponsors, business leads, IT personnel, and program management to effectively manage scope, schedule, resources and documentation throughout the entire program lifecycle.

•        Facilitate program meetings, portfolio status meetings, including project status reporting, KPI dashboards and recording meeting minutes.

•        Serves as administrator for the time tracking application for the IT department including onboarding and off boarding all users and delivering resource reporting to both IT and Finance teams.

•        Serves as an administrator of the IT PMO SharePoint site, assisting all users with project information, maintaining project documentation and auditing project controls.

•        Run reports and assists with IT budget management activities as assigned.

•        Assists program managers or project leads with training documentation and/or internal marketing materials for new products, new tools or new services deployed to the organization.

•        Coordinates initiative activities and events for the technology group as assigned.

 

Requirements – Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

•        A strong, customer service approach to project management is a must.

•        Minimum three (3) to five (5) years project coordination or project administration experience in an IT or corporate environment.

•        Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business or related Technology concentration or equivalent combination of project management experience and education preferred.

•        General knowledge and understanding of information technology systems and applications.

•        Ability to multitask and facilitate changing priorities.

•        Must possess excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

•        Experience working in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Project.

•        Working knowledge in OneDrive, OneNote, Visio, Office 365 and SharePoint preferred.

•        Basic knowledge in Project Web App, ServiceNow and SAP purchase order entry and project systems desired.

•        CAPM®, PMP®, ACP®, Project+, and/or CSM certifications a plus.
