Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.


The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.


The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Job Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma and two (2) years of experience in accounting, financial or analytical role
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient phone communications, solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who works well under pressure, and is able to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Teachable and open to learning new things, is self-directed as well as a team player
  • Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of Company personnel
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills
  • Overtime potential
  • Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a transportation industry, transportation payroll, billed freight
  • Experience with TMW Systems, Fuel Quest or financial software i.e. SAP


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize online portals including, Fuel Quest, Vector, Alight
  • Retrieve and send out customer invoices
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Meet biweekly, monthly and year end deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted Company and Accounting policies and procedures
  • Works with various departments regarding dispute resolution of accounts
  • Creates invoices, and post billing transactions, reconcile spreadsheets
  • Respond to audit requests for quarter end reporting
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and the highest degree of confidentiality
