Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.


The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.


The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.


As an accomplished recruiter who leverages technology and strong relationship building skills, the Corporate Recruiter will continuously improve and implement recruiting strategies to support business initiatives and recruitment priorities. With expertise sourcing passive, senior level talent, the Corporate Recruiter will partner with every level of the organization and play an integral part in maximizing a robust talent acquisition tool set, while working toward a goal of hiring the very best corporate talent to support accelerated growth and a business transformation.

This position is located in our corporate office in Brentwood, TN and reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

The ideal Corporate Recruiter will:

  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their functions and key business goals, and proactively partner to determine current and future talent requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of external talent using creative and proactive methods, including competency & performance-based interviewing techniques
  • Develop sourcing strategy for each vacancy and execute against that strategy utilizing various tools for positions in multiple departments and at multiple levels (Accounting, IT, HRIS, etc.)
  • Select, evaluate, and deliver quality candidates with the goal of earning a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive internal partner while advancing the Delek brand across all areas of the business
  • Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and maintaining consistent internal and external communication
  • Establish and maintain talent market expertise including comprehensive view of industry trends and competitors; provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape, telling the Delek story, and an understanding of talent needs
  • Organize and attend university career fair events, providing a professional presentation of the company
  • Conduct intake meetings and partner with hiring manager on writing effective job descriptions
  • Continuously look for opportunities to stream-line processes that would provide a more effective & efficient recruiting system
  • Serve as a project lead or team member for various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Ensure ongoing integrity of data in the applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Mentor junior level Recruiters
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience

To be considered for the Corporate Recruiter, you must have:

  • 7+ years proven experience recruiting IT/technical, senior level and niche roles using innovative and proactive sourcing methods in a corporate setting
  • Demonstrated advanced passive candidate sourcing skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
  • Demonstrated discretion and great judgment, with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally with all levels of candidates and internal clients
  • Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and a customer-service orientation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word)
  • Laser focus on execution & results
