Sr Advertising Specialist

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Sr. Advertising Specialist – Wholesale Marketing located in our Dallas, TX corporate office.

The Sr. Advertising Specialist executes marketing strategies via advertising & promotional campaigns for the brand with budget responsibilities to support the wholesale retail business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Simultaneously manage multiple projects working with vendors & internal clients
• Plan and coordinate marketing support for customer campaigns & events, i.e. quarterly store traffic-driving campaigns, grand openings, customer appreciation events, trade shows, etc.
  • Marketing support includes: store signage, media planning/buying (traditional & digital), SMS campaigns, sweepstakes, B2C & B2B collateral, and more
  • Help guide the creative message of advertising and promotions, branding oversight
  • Develop project schedules, communicate/enforce deadlines
• Support internal stakeholders by coordinating ad hoc branding/creative projects
• Manage the yearly advertising budget
   

Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of related experience, including managing creative projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Detail-oriented & organized
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
• Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Reader
   

Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or advertising
• Agency experience managing creative projects with clients
