Treasury Manager

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Treasury Manager located in our Brentwood, TN corporate office.


The Treasury Manager will have primary ownership of bank and trustee reporting for various debt agreements, covenant calculation and reporting, compliance reporting processes and other finance related tasks as assigned.  This position will work closely with the accounting, SEC and FP&A teams to aggregate information from multiple input sources to produce accurate reporting as required under our debt agreements.

Description & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the covenant calculation and reporting processes as required under our various debt agreements on a quarterly, annual and as needed basis
  • Work with the finance organization to develop and implement various covenant forecasts and lead pro forma covenant calculation processes as needed
  • Aggregate data from multiple input sources, including SAP and the accounting, finance and other teams as needed
  • Develop, document and maintain covenant calculation and compliance reporting processes and procedures
  • Lead all covenant and debt related SOX documentation and compliance requirements
  • Lead all internal and external audit reporting requirements related to bank covenant compliance matters
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, including supporting the cash desk and releasing wire transfers as needed and assisting with the cash and balance sheet forecasting activities
  • Complete ad hoc reporting and/or analyses as assigned
  • Develop complex excel spreadsheets and dashboards for various business financial needs


  • 3 years’ experience in a treasury organization leading covenant and debt compliance reporting for private and public non-investment grade debt
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data into a presentable format (Advanced Excel: macros, pivot tables and formulas)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; adeptly interact across departments and management levels
  • Curious, energetic, motivated and team oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects and tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CFA or MBA
  • FP&A experience
  • SAP experience
