Reconciliation Specialist - Crude

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Crude Reconciliation Specialist

  • Daily reconciliation of internal and third party crude oil ticket data
  • Validate lease setup information to ensure system accuracy
  • Verify ticket accuracy to streamline data input by accounting
  • Reconcile tickets received versus loads dispatched to prevent lost barrels
  • End of month LACT unit reconciliation by trucking ticket


Requirements- Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities

  • Bachelor or equivalent experience required.
  • Able to understand how different aspects of the supply chain interact with each other and then making decisions that optimize supply chain performance.
  • Maximize customer service and company profits through effective management of customer requests, inventories, drivers, trucks, and logistics network.
  • Excellent communication skills, working in a team oriented and deadline sensitive environment.
  • Strong ability to multi-task (phone, computer, in-person)
  • Effectively communicates with different stakeholders and encourage taking action when necessary.
  • Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven ability to problem solve. Taking initiative, understand business opportunities, analyze to identify root cause, develop an appropriate solution, and successfully implement the solution.
  • Self-starter, looking for a great opportunity to grow and develop their career with a leading Middle Tennessee corporation.
  • Prefer experience or degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, inventory management.
