The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.


Delek US Holdings Inc. is looking to hire a Receptionist who will play a key role as front desk ambassador, displaying a positive and energetic attitude and work ethic. This individual will help support various business functions throughout our organization. The Receptionist will be under direct supervision of the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the tasks listed below:



  • Answering/transferring calls 
  • Assisting guests 
  • Booking conference rooms
  • Making nameplates for cubicles
  • Coding and processing invoices
  • Making new access cards/disable old ones for employees and visitors 
  • Signing for/accepting deliveries, dry cleaning, food deliveries, etc.
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Keeping lobby presentable
  • Preparing inter-office mail
  • Dispensing change from petty cash
  • Preparing petty cash deposits 
  • Providing clerical support 
  • Managing visitor log 
  • Notifying employees when they have a guest 
  • Update Front Desk Manual
  • Update and print contact list for different departments to direct incoming calls
  • Advise manager of any unique/unusual calls
  • Assist with special projects; example folding letters and stuffing envelopes as needed




Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities: 

  • Strong communication skills with a thorough knowledge of telephone etiquette
  • Manage busy environment with maturity and composure
  • Computer Proficiency in a Microsoft Office Environment 
  • Typing 
  • Front Desk Operations
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • 2+ years of previous administrative assistance or equivalent experience
